Waste Heat Recovery Unit (WHRU)

NOVARGI has the in-house capability to design all types of Waste Heat Boilers fulfilling strict Process Requirements from our clients. Boilers can be installed downstream Gas Turbines, Regeneration reactors or other Gas Streams and are able to work pressurized or under-pressure as well.

Novargi has established itself as an independent supplier in Waste Heat Boilers (WHB) and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries.

Novargi always accommodate to each client’s individual design specifications. Due to the international expertise of the group, we are also accustomed to different international codes as PED in Europe, GOST in Russia and API Standards.

Novargi develops in house the thermal sizing and process design of the whole Boiler Package. To ensure an  optimized performance of the Boiler, it is necessary an even distribution of the Flue Gases coming from the Gas Turbine, Novargi Employs a CFD analysis to ensure an even distribution and good thermal performance of the Boiler Convection Banks.

Novargi utilizes in-house software for thermal sizing, CFD programmes for fluid distribution,  SolidWorks for Critical component design, TEKLA software to develop the detailed structural engineering, PDS for 3D modeling integrating of piping, supports and instrumentation. All these tools combined with the expertise of our group eliminate the mismatches and errors in fabrication and erection, rendering an optimized quality.

Our comprehensive understanding of design, fabrication, delivery and erection results in WHB or HRSG being supplied in pre-fabricated forms optimizing the overall erection programme.
