Se trata del evento de referencia a nivel internacional del sector químico y petroquímico con mayor repercusión y seguimiento a nivel mundial.
NOVARGI persigue afianzarse como una empresa de referencia dentro del sector petroquímico gracias a esta Feria en todo el mundo, ya que en cada edición la Feria recibe un gran número de visitantes por tratarse de un evento totalmente internacional.

Delivery of Dryer Package for Reliance - Sibur Butyl Rubber (IIR) Project in Jamnagar (Gujarat), India

Novargi has delivered satisfactorily the dryer package for Butyl Rubber (IIR) Project in Jamnagar for Reliance- Sibur. The package has been completely designed by Novargi Industries S.L. and has been manufactured in Spain. The package has been completely tested before delivery by Tüv Nord Company and Reliance representatives attended to the final inspection at workshop.
The Dryer Package has been designed to treat three different streams of ethyl chloride, isopentane and n-hexane to meet Reliance - Sibur specifications. The regeneration heater will be supplied within the package to heat up a nitrogen gas stream to regenerate the adsorbents contained in the dryer vessels.
The Dryer Package is composed of four skids including interconnecting piping between them to facilitate the installation at site.
Novargi is looking forward to continuing supporting Reliance in the future in Jamnagar Refinery after the successful delivery of the Dryer Package.

Novargi has been awarded the design and supply of one crude oil electrostatic type heater treater for Lukoil Volgograd

Novargi has been awarded the design and supply of one crude oil heater treater for Lukoil Volgograd. The equipment will be designed to dehydrate and desalt 39,000 kg/h of crude oil in Alekseevskaya oil treatment area in Volgograd region. The objective of the unit is to reduce the outlet BS&W content in crude oil down to 0.5 %, limiting as well the outlet mass concentration of chloride salts in crude oil outlet to 100 mg/L, by means of a combination of heat driven separation of phases and separation driven by an electrostatic field. The equipment will be designed as per API 12L code and ASME Sec. VIII Div. I latest edition. The supply includes the design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, delivery, commissioning and start-up assistance, training services, and final documentation preparation for the equipment fully in accordance with Project Specifications and Russian regulation. Novargi enters in the Russian market with this important project and is consolidated as an international engineering active in more and more countries all over the world.

Novargi has been awarded the design and supply of one Hot Oil Heater Package for ENPPI for SUMED Ain Sukhna Crude Oil Terminal

Novargi has been awarded the design and supply of one Hot Oil Heater Package for the leading egyptian EPC contractor ENPPI for SUMED Ain Sukhna crude oil terminal. The Hot Oil Heater package comprises two (2) Hot Oil Heaters each with total absorbed duty of 15 MW, complete air preheating system including fans, compressed air compressor, fuel oil and gas oil pumps and all package auxiliary equipment.

The objective of the unit is to heat up the fuel oil contained in the storage tanks that are going to be located in the product terminal hub at Ain Sukhna, Suez Egypt, adjacent to the existing crude oil terminal to include the services of storage, loading, unloading, and send out of Fuel Oil, LPG, and Natural Gas.

The Hot Oil Heaters will be designed as per API 560 latest edition standard.

The supply includes the design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, delivery, commissioning and start-up assistance, training services, and final documentation preparation for the equipment fully in accordance with Project Specifications.

Novargi enters in the Egyptian market with this important project and is consolidated as an international engineering company active in more and more countries all over the world.

Novargi awarded the design and supply of one Start up Heater for Urea Fertilizer Project in the Middle East

Novargi has been awarded of a contract to design and supply the Start up Heater for important Urea Fertilizer Project in the Middle East.

Novargi is proud to supply the start-up heater to the consortium of AVIC International Holding Corporation and Beijing Huafu Engineering Company Limited.
The Heater is going to be installed in Urea Fertilizer Complex in the Middle East  with capacity of 2,050 TPD of Synthetic Ammonia and 3,250 TPD of Urea.

The Start up Heater design is Vertical Cylindrical, Helical Coil, All radiant with total absorbed duty of 8.3 MW. The Heater will be designed to heat up a syngas stream of 80,600 kg/h up to 170 ºC (cold start) and a syngas stream of 40,174 kg/h from 170 ºC to 403 ºC during operation (intermediate operation).

The supply shall also include Design, Manufacturing, Supply of goods, Testing, Inspection, Spare Parts, Training, Operating Service, Certification, Packing, Services and Documentation for the equipment fully in accordance with Project Specifications.

With this important project, Novargi strengthen its position in the the Petrochemical industry in the Middle East and is recognized as a reference in the field of Fired Heaters suppliers in the region.

Novargi awarded the design and supply of a Hot Oil Furnace Package for an important Petrochemical Company in the Middle East

Technology & Process Package provider Novargi has been awarded the design and supply of a Hot Oil Furnace Package for an important Petrochemical Plant in the Middle East.

The Hot Oil Furnace Package will be designed to heat up 254,000 kg/h (350 m3/h) of hot oil up to 290 ºC (design temperature). The capacity of the package will be 5,000,000 MMkcal/h.  

The package unit shall be composed of two units of Hot Oil Heaters equipped with combustion chamber (furnace) & heating sections, burner with fuel system & BMS, Low pressure steam connection, refractory, insulation, tube supports, headers, header boxes, doors & ports. Combustion air fans are included within the scope of supply.

Signature of a strategic contract for design and supply of a Thermal Incinerator and Waste Heat Boiler Package for an important Oil Refining Company in the Middle East

Technology & Process Package provider Novargi announces the signature of a strategic contract to design and supply a Thermal Incinerator and Waste Heat Boiler for an important Refinery Project in the Middle East.

 

The Thermal Incinerator Package will be capable of treating around 80,000 kg/h of Tail Gas from Amine Absorber and around 5,000 kg/h of Sweep Gas from Steam Ejectors in the worst scenario, producing superheated steam. The steam production will be around 70,000 kg/h.

 

Novargi's scope of supply includes engineering design, manufacturing and supply of Thermal Incinerator Package Unit mainly consisting of:

      • Thermal incinerator burner (including pilot burner , bolt / nut / gasket for burner connection to thermal incinerator , refractory material)
      • Thermal incinerator chamber (with refractory and ceramic ferrules , ladder and platform , weather protection and instrumentation )
      • Thermal incinerator waste heat recovery unit (including both section of SSH coil and steam generator, refractory material, down comers / risers and internals)
      • Thermal incinerator WHB steam drum (with ladder and platform, down comers / risers, internals and  instrumentation)
      • Thermal incinerator stack of 75 m height with inner stainless steel stack (with ladders and platforms, air craft warning lights ,personal protection and instrumentation)
      • Combustion air fans (with Silencers, expansion joints, air intake filters, common base plate and instrumentation)
      • HP- Steam desuperheater (with instrumentation)

Novargi is participating in the R&D Project RESLAG founded by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation

Novargi Industries S.L. is currently participating in the RESLAG Project founded by the European Commission in cooperation with other 18 European partners under the leadership of CIC Energigune.
RESLAG project is focused on the valorization of Steel making slags developing new innovative applications and markets that could not only absorb these wastes, but also decrease significantly the environmental impact regarding secondary raw materials consumption, primary energy and greenhouses emissions of slag receptor industries such as energy-intensives industries and CSP industries, etc.
Novargi is in charge of the design and construction of a pilot plant to recover the waste heat contained in the flue gases coming from the electric arc furnaces of the Steelmaking industry.


This pilot will consist in developing a more efficient electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking process by integrating high temperature heat storage in the off-gas stream of the furnace. The proposed system is a regenerator type unit with steel slag as energy storage material. This device maximizes the storage temperature range from 200 °C up to 1200 °C and permits continuous steam generation
The supply will also include Design, Supply of goods, Manufacturing, Installing, Testing, Inspection, Spare Parts, Training, Operating Service, Certification, Packing, Services and Documentation for the equipment fully in accordance with Project objectives.

Sour Gas Incineration Project – Gas Processing Plant for Oil and Gas Development Co. Ltd. (OGDCL) in Pakistan

  • Sour Gas Incineration Project – Gas Processing Plant in AsiaM/s Oil & Gas Development Co. Ltd. (OGDCL) is executing in Kunnar Pasakhi Deep (KPD) and Tando Allahyar (TAY) a phase-II integrated development project. The objective of the project is to construct a surface facility to process raw gas from KPD and TAY gas fields located in Hyderabad districts 25 kilometers away from Hyderabad city. The prime objective of the project is to minimize carbon dioxide content and to maximize the recovery of LPG from well gas and condition the gas to meet the specification for entry in to the Sui Southern Gas Company’s transmission system.
  • Technology provider Novargi has been selected to provide an environmentally-friendly Incineration Package to dispose off the Sour Gas coming from a Natural Gas Processing Facility for OGDCL (Pakistan).
  • The Package shall have a design capacity of 25 MMSCFD of Acid Gas and will be equipped with a wide range of turn-down to provide the operator with the maximum flexibility and fulfilling the most restrictive specification within the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Novargi will supply under the terms of the contract the technology, the complete basic and detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication and CFR delivery and commissioning of the Sour Gas Preparation Skid, Fuel Gas Skid, Burner, Incinerator, Stack, Primary and Secondary Fan systems and all related Electrical, Instrumentation and Control systems.

Delivery of Aqueous Urea skid for NORM Waste Incineration Project

Novargi has finalized the skid mounted aqueous urea injection system for the NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) Waste Incineration Project under development for TAKREER/INTECSA. This is the first skid mounted unit delivered of many others planned throughout the project.


The purpose of the Urea Skid is to inject the necessary aqueous urea in the DeNOx reactor to reduce the content of NOx in the flue gas so as to comply with emission levels.
By means of the developed system, a gaseous reductant, aqueous urea diluted in air, is added to the flue gas stream and is adsorbed onto a catalyst where the selective catalytic reduction occurs in which the NOX are converted into N2, CO2 and water.


Novargi counts with nice industrial facilities to perform the FAT for this kind of equipment prior to its final delivery.
Aqueous urea injection skid is composed of a urea storage system, circulating pumps and the instrumentation to assure a smooth operation of the system controlling the NOx emissions on stack.
The Urea Skid consists of:

  • One (1) urea dosing tank
  • Two (2) urea pumps
  • Instrumentation
  • Piping.

NORM Waste Incineration Project – TAKREER (ADNOC) / INTECSA INDUSTRIAL

  • Technology provider Novargi has been awarded the first project worldwide for NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) Waste Incineration. The Plant shall be located in Ruwais, approx. 250 km west of Abu Dhabi city, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within the Oil & Gas company Takreer (ADNOC) Comlex and the complete NORM Handling Project shall be executed by EPC Intecsa Industrial.
  • Novargi will supply under the terms of the contract the complete basic and detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication and FOB delivery of the Flue gas treatment package, included and not limited to Flue Gas Cooling system, SCR DeNOx, DeSOx, DeDusting, High Efficiency Particle removal and complete Balance of Plant of the Incineration Island.
