Turnkey Solutions for Small-Scale Refining

Our mini refineries provide scalable, efficient conversion of crude oil into diesel, naphtha, kerosene, and fuel oil, with compact designs that reduce CAPEX. With optional add-ons, our solutions are fully customizable to meet your feedstock and product requirements, covering Hydrogen Production Units (SMR, ATR), Crude and Vacuum Distillation Units, Desalting Units, Hydrotreating Units, Gas Processing Units, Amine Treating Units, Sulfur Recovery Units, and Tail Gas Treatment Units, including all associated fired heaters.

Novargi designs and delivers high-efficiency thermal oxidizers, incinerators, and waste gas combustion systems for the safe destruction of hazardous, toxic, and off-spec process streams. Our solutions are applied to VOCs, acid gases, ammonia-containing streams, sulfur-bearing gases, liquid wastes, and high-COD off-gases, achieving high destruction and removal efficiencies (DRE) in compliance with international environmental regulations.

 

When combined with waste heat recovery units (WHRU), waste heat boilers (WHB), and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), our thermal destruction systems enable effective energy recovery for steam generation, hot oil systems, and process heating, improving overall plant efficiency and reducing operating costs.
